This is the simplest test . . . If
you Love God, and are not ashamed of all the marvelous things he has done for you. Without Him, I am nothing but with
Him I can do all things through Christ that strengthens me. Phil 4:13
The Bible says, The blessing of the LORD, it maketh rich, and he addeth no sorrow with it (Prov. 10:22).
God's prosperity is a function of His blessings. It is not the struggles of a man that maketh rich, but the blessings of the
Lord. Skills do not guarantee prosperity. That you are changing profession per day does not guarantee your financial destiny
because there is no profession in the world that does not have a register of failures. Therefore, there is no professional
guarantee for prosperity nor security in any profession. There is only security in walking in the light.
It is only
God that empowers for prosperity and wealth. Deuteronomy 8:18 says, But thou shalt remember the LORD thy God: for it is he
that giveth thee power to get wealth, that he may establish his covenant which he sware unto thy fathers, as it is this day.
There
are two vital forces that plug you into the power source that connects you to financial advancement. These are LOVE and JOY.
The
Force of Love
Love is one of the fundamental forces that connects you to the power point for financial advancement.
In 1 Kings 3:3-4, the Bible says, And Solomon loved the LORD, walking in the statutes of David his father:
only he sacrificed and burnt incense in high places. And the king went to Gibeon to sacrifice there; for that was the great
high place: a thousand burnt offerings did Solomon offer upon that altar.
The love of God is the covenant and sure
foundation for financial empowerment. The love question must be answered before you can be lunched into that realm of financial
empowerment for continuous advancement.
Thrice, Jesus asked Simon Peter, “Do you really love me?”
And he replied, “I love you.” You can't have a true heart for God and not make a mark on the earth. His
prosperity agenda belong to His lovers not lovers of money. But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither
have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him (1 Cor. 2:9).
When
you love God, He will manifest and show Himself in your finances (Jn. 14:21). Your love is proved by keeping His commandment.
The only way to prove the sincerity of your love for God is the giving grace, not singing or preaching it.
If you are
in love, giving becomes a delight. God's love is a giving love. God so loved the world and He gave His best to the world.
Giving is a commandment that defines your love for God.
There is a power beyond your power that works in you to bring
you out of poverty (2 Cor. 18:1-3). It is the power element that is involved in your experiencing an unending delightsome
giving life. Giving should be your way of life a lifestyle, not a religious practice. The Holy Ghost is the stimulant and
a catalyst of the love of God. When the Holy Ghost overwhelms you, the love of God overflows your heart. The love of God is
unleashed and exploded within you. He connects you to God on an addiction frequency. You become hooked inseparably to God
and then you just find everything going on well.
Therefore, if you want to experience empowerment for financial advancement,
you require empowerment of love by the Holy Ghost. When He robs on you, you don't feel it, but it becomes an issue of joy.
Prosperity
is not in titles and callings, but in giving willingly, joyfully and heartily. It requires a spiritual empowerment. Because
after the fall, man became a selfish creature; and it takes the power of God to break through it. You can't be a consistent
giver and a delightsome keeper of the covenant except by the empowerment of the Holy Spirit. It is not by power nor by might,
but by the Spirit of God. The force of love enhances your giving capacity and makes it acceptable to God. Until the ground
receives your seed, there is no future of harvest. Those who worship God in love and truth are never limited in their liftings.
The
Power of Joy
While love enhances your giving capacity and makes it acceptable to God, joy qualifies you for harvest.
Joy is the covenant sickle of harvest in the field of prosperity. It is what you engage in reaping your harvest. There are
many lovers of God who don't have much harvest to show because they don't hold joy, which is the sickle of harvest in their
hearts. When joy withers away, your harvest perishes with it (Joel 1:11-12).
What you do with your hand, you reap with
your mouth, because it is the sacrifice of praise that brings home your harvest. Proverbs 12:14 says, A man shall be satisfied
with good by the fruit of his mouth: and the recompence of a man's hands shall be rendered unto him. Is any merry? Let him
sing (Jms. 5:13). Your song becomes a noise except if it is coming from a merry heart. Joy is the foundation of the songs
of praise. The Holy Spirit is the oil of joy, joy unspeakable full of glory. He is the Spirit of gladness. When there is eruption
of joy springing forth out of your lips, you become a candidate for endless harvest.
The combination of LOVE and JOY
establishes your place in supernatural prosperity, making you a wonder in your days. When there is love, you will give cheerfully,
joyfully and heartily and when there is joy, you will do it praising God, and as you are praising Him, the earth is yielding
her increases and God is blessing you.
The reason why God blesses you is to make you a blessing to others. When you
stop being a blessing, God's blessing stops flowing. But your blessings shall be ceaseless in the name of Jesus
The love of God is what it takes to fulfil destiny in a grand style. You cannot be a lover and not become a high-flyer
in the kingdom. Every genuine lover of God ends up a high-flyer.
Love empowerment is one of the very vital ministries
of the Holy Spirit. He causes the love of God to burst forth on your inside for profitable living. Oxford Dictionary defines
love as deep affection or fondness.
And the Bible says, “God is love.” God is not faith but God
is love and the more of His nature you carry, the more breakthroughs you command.
We recognize that love is one of
the fruits of the Spirit, but when you are baptized in the Holy Ghost, there is a stirring up of that virtue in your life.
The Holy Ghost comes in like a catalyst as it were and He causes a supernatural eruption of the nature of God in you. Without
any form of contradiction, love is definitely one of the greatest assets in a Christian's life.
Paul says in Romans
5:5, And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto
us. Love is the predominant nature of God. Whatever cannot stand Him cannot stand anyone carrying His nature in a commensurable
measure. The Holy Spirit stirs up the nature of God in you because the fruit of the Spirit is essentially the classification
of the nature of God in our mortal being.
Everyone that is walking in true anointing walks in love. There are three
forces that rule the world; faith, hope and love, but the greatest of these is love. By the power of the Holy Spirit, the
love of God will break loose afresh in your life!
THE VIRTUES OF LOVE
When you are empowered with love, you will
become a living wonder. When the love of God overwhelms and comes alive in you, you become a living wonder without playing
pranks. The Bible says, …Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things
which God hath prepared for them that love him (1 Cor. 2:9).
You cannot make God number one in your considerations
and be number last in any situation. Every great story in the kingdom is rooted in love.
We live today in a world of
selfishness, self-centeredness, self-promotion and self-elevation. That is why we live in an enslaved generation that is not
in touch with the living wonders of life. But the things that God has prepared for them that love Him, eyes have not seen
it, ears have not heard it and it has not entered into the heart of any man.
The Bible tells us that David was a man
after God's own heart. That is why a whole nation was in pursuit of him and could not get him.
Paul said about David
in Acts 13:22, And when he had removed him, he raised up unto them David to be their king; to whom also he gave their testimony,
and said, I have found David the son of Jesse, a man after mine own heart, which shall fulfil all my will. You cannot
win the heart of God and not make a mark in your life. When you win His heart, you make a mark without sweat. It is the Holy
Ghost that empowers you to walk in dimensions of love that makes you a living wonder.
When the love of God is fired up
in you, nothing can quench it. Many waters cannot quench love. The storms and the challenges of life cannot even quench it.
You wax stronger under challenges because of the burning love of God in your life. And in no time, He turns the table against
your adversaries. That would be your experience in the name of Jesus!
The Bible records that Solomon, another distinguished
man, loved the Lord. And the king went to Gibeon to sacrifice there and a thousand burnt offerings did Solomon sacrificed
upon the altar (1 Kgs. 3:3). God bestowed divine wisdom on him and many other things he did not ask for.
That is
how profitable and loaded the virtue of love is. You enter into the realm of supernatural additions. The things you don't
ask, they are added to decorate your destiny.
Paul the Apostle was another man worthy of emulation. He was a love-addict.
He was addicted to the love of God (Rom. 8:35-37). No wonder he went that high in his journey. And we are still talking and
speaking about him today.
Jesus Christ is the epitome of love. He came and you could see compassion driving Him from
phase to phase of His ministry. When He got to where Lazarus was laid, the Bible says, He wept. The people said oh how He
loved him (Jn. 11:35-36).
You cannot be in love and not know it. Many are faking this thing we call love. I'm talking
about love that is real and practical. Not lip-love nor pretentious love, but love that expresses itself in practical terms.
Not love to be seen or to be known but love that emanates, that has its taproot directly from the heart. That is the one you
need. You need a change of level in your love walk. If you are not in love, the journey is still long.
A man by the
name Job went through storms but nothing during his storm was able to separate him from his Creator. He was addicted and remained
steadfast in the love of God. He said, even though he slay me, I would yet praise Him. His wife's insinuations couldn't even
deter him, from the depth of depravity, the hand of God reached out to him.
Nothing provokes divine intervention like
the love of God. When the love of God is burning in you, you are provoking God to intervene in your life.
Shadrach,
Meshach and Abednego in the face of death boldly said, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us and He will deliver us
from your hand, O king Nebuchadnezzar. This fire cannot separate us from Him. And as they cast them into the furnace, that
was it, the forth man appeared. He arrived there before them. They were worshipping the Majesty of the King because the love
of God never fails. They went through the fire and came out alive to tell their stories.
Whatever your situation is,
I see the love of God bringing you out

Better is the end of a thing than
the beginning thereof …Proverbs 7:8
God has reserved better things for the endtime
Church, the magnitude of which eyes have not seen, nor ears heard, neither has it entered into the hearts of men. These endtimes
we will teach principalities and powers a lesson by the manifold wisdom of God. So, God has provided better things for us,
better than He did for the Church of the past generations.
God having provided some better thing
for us, that they without us should not be made perfect.Hebrews 11:40
He has reserved better revelations, better liftings, better
manifestations, better every thing for us. But Luke 5:39 discloses one reason why many members of this end time army fail
to appropriate what is theirs by right; “No man also having drunk old wine straightway desireth new: for he saith,
the old is better.” You may have drunk old wine for so long that your taste buds have become accustomed to it. However
the old can never be better than the new.
I am going to be showing you in this chapter God’s
provision for the latter day Church.
Fear not, O land; be glad and rejoice:
for the LORD will do great things.
Be not afraid, ye beasts of the field: for the pastures of the wilderness do spring,
for the tree beareth her fruit, the fig tree and the vine do yield their strength.
Be glad then, ye children of Zion, and
rejoice in the LORD your God: for he hath given you the former rain moderately, and he will cause to come down for you the
rain, the former rain, and the latter rain in the first month.
And the floors shall be full of wheat, and the vats shall
overflow with wine and oil.
And I will restore. Joel 2:21-25
God’s promise for this latter day house is the latter
rain. It is not going to fall, it has started falling already. When the former rain fell, Peter gave witness to it in Acts
2:16-21. But God declared that He will cause to come down for us the rain — the former rain and the latter rain in the
first month. The latter rain is for the latter day Church. Whatever Peter, Paul and John the beloved saw, belongs to the former
rain and God said He gave it moderately. All those amazing feats Paul did, God said it was moderate compared to what He has
prepared for us of this generation. We are God’s last born!
The former rain was just to reach out to the lost,
the latter rain is to beautify the Church. To give unto them beauty
for ashes. Isaiah 61:3
That is, readily turning your disappointments into appointments.
So, the latter rain centres on God’s people. God is determined to crown Zion with a beauty so strong that multitudes
will be attracted to the kingdom. Anything contrary to beauty in your life will be destroyed by the anointing.
Going further, we understand that a combination of the
former and latter rain is called “the rain”.
… for he hath given you the
former rain moderately, and he will cause to come down for you the rain, the former rain and the latter rain in the first
month. Joel 2:23
Then in Zechariah 10:1, we read,
Ask ye of the Lord rain in the time of
the latter rain: so the Lord shall make bright clouds, and give them showers of rain.
This rain is the anointing; it is the rain of God’s
power. As a result of these showers of rain, there will be an explosion of abundance. The Church will be super-comfortable.
You too will be extremely comfortable because you are connected to the Comforter. All your prayer requests will disappear
because the Holy Ghost will ensure you are made comfortable. He will destroy sickness, disease, failure and depression, and
anything making life uncomfortable for you.
I wish that rather than crave for things, you will crave
for Him. He is all you will ever need for successful living. He brings you fulfilment cheaply. I am yet to meet one man who
operates under the fresh anointing who is not comfortable.
Friend, you are uncomfortable, not because you don’t have things,
but because you don’t have the Comforter! When He comes to reside in you permanently, everything people are running
around to get, by His Ministry, He makes cheaply available to you.
And ye shall eat in plenty, and be satisfied … and
my people shall never be ashamed. Joel 2:26
As the rain falls bringing you into super-abundance, it will also wash
away every thing causing shame in your life. In your family, business, career and ministry, anything contrary to beauty will
be washed away by the anointing. We are right in the day of God’s vengeance.
We will torment our tormentors!
We have stepped into the day of vengeance of our God according to His
divine programme. Everything that has been humiliating the church will be addressed and arrested. This new anointing places
you in a position where oppositions bow to you.
Nothing that has ever resisted you will go unpunished. No weapon formed
against you can prosper, because the anointing under which you are operating has a ministry to execute vengeance on all your
adversaries. It makes exploits cheap.
When Jesus was still on the earth, there was a time his
disciples were forbidden to pass through Samaria. James and John said,
Lord, wilt thou that we command fire to come down
from heaven and consume them, even as Elias did?
Jesus replied,
...Ye know not what manner of spirit ye are of.
Luke
9:54,55
This means under the former rain or anointing “You are not permitted
to react!” However as soon as Jesus left and the Holy Ghost came, the day of vengeance began. Paul looked at Elymas
the sorcerer and said:
O full of all subtility and all mischief, thou child of
the devil, thou enemy of all righteousness …
Thou shalt be blind, not seeing the sun for a season. And immediately
there fell on him a mist and a darkness; and he went about seeking some to lead him by the hand.
Acts 13:10, 11
If it had been Jesus, he would have ignored Elymas but not Paul, who was
operating under the anointing of the latter days. There is no unbeliever who can pretend to be fulfilled at this time. They
are running to Jesus because He is the ultimate! You must congratulate yourself for establishing a relationship with Him,
and for being alive to witness this great move. The greatest glory ever seen is upon the church right now. The church has
come out of obscurity to limelight. Jesus is Lord!
The Holy Spirit is the guarantee you need to accomplish your mission and fulfil your plan in life. He is the
one that can empower you to be a living witness. But the healing ministry of the Holy Spirit has been ignored, neglected and
in most cases, not engaged. The Holy Spirit, without any doubt, is the greatest asset of every believer. He is the person
that gives maximum value to our redemption. That was why Jesus told His disciples to wait for Him or else, if they move without
Him, they would be crushed.
And, behold, I send the promise of my Father upon you: but tarry ye in the city of Jerusalem,
until ye be endued with power from on high (Lk. 24:49).
Without the Holy Spirit, you cannot go far, you are utterly
limited and miserably helpless. God desires to move you forward in the school of power because there is more to it than where
you are. There is a way forward; there is a place call forward. Therefore, stop grieving the Holy Spirit.
But if
the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken
your mortal bodies by His Spirit that dwelleth in you (Rom. 8:11).
The word “Comforter” means helper.
The Holy Spirit is the principal helper, a divine helper assigned to make your journey in life remarkable. It is one thing
to have a helper by your side; it is another thing to know what your helper is worth in terms of what He can do, perform and
what He is able to bring to bear.
What are the virtues of the Holy Ghost?
The Holy Spirit has the ministry
of quickening the mortal body, keeping it alive, well, high, tough and going. Thus, one of the vital ministries of the Holy
Spirit is physical fitness. Physical exercises cannot handle a case of witchcraft assault or nightmares. God has designed
a package of uninterrupted physical fitness programme and that package is in the Holy Spirit. He is designed to make you ride
on majestically the remaining days of your life in total uninterrupted health.
You need to be physically fit to be a credible
witness, because you cannot be sick and want to pray for another person to be healed. It is what you carry that you can give.
All
the Apostles went through their ministries without any reported case of anyone sick among them. They were men of unusual physical
stamina because the Holy Spirit who is the Spirit of strength, strengthened them. Then Peter said, silver and gold have
I none; but such as I have give I thee: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, rise up and walk (Acts 3:6).
Every
genuinely anointed person, male or female walking in the freshness of the anointing of the Holy Spirit, lives a supernaturally
healthy life.
When John was introducing the ministry of the Holy Spirit in Matthew 3:11-12, he said, I indeed baptize
you with water unto repentance: but he that cometh after me is mightier than I, whose shoes I am not worthy to bear: he shall
baptize you with the Holy Ghost, and with fire: Whose fan is in his hand, and he will throughly purge his floor, and gather
his wheat into the garner; but he will burn up the chaff with unquenchable fire.
The Holy Spirit has a mission to His
temple and we are His temple. When you are baptized with the Holy Ghost and fire, He holds a broom in His hand with which
He thoroughly sweeps His temple, floor, gathers the chaff and burns them with unquenchable fire. That is why every freshly
anointed person lives a supernaturally healthy life. When you are attacked, you engage the Holy Spirit in battle by praying
in tongues and telling Him, take your broom, it is time to work. He will step in and sweep clean every harassment on your
life (diabetes, kidney crises and every blood disease) and set them on fire as you demand of Him.
You have to engage
the Holy Spirit to secure your total health. Whatever does not belong to you, you turn Him on to sweep it, gather it and burn
it with fire. Whatever is challenging the testimony of your redemption in your body shall be gathered and burnt off. You are
not permitted to suffer anymore breakdown in your body, because the spirit of Him that raised up Jesus from the dead will
quicken your mortal body.
In Isaiah 11:1-2, the Bible says, And there shall come forth a rod out of the stem of
Jesse, and a Branch shall grow out of his roots: And the spirit of the LORD shall rest upon him, the spirit of wisdom and
understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the LORD. Among the seven spirits
of the Holy Spirit is the Spirit of might unusual physical strength. The Holy Spirit will keep you going beyond the level
of your age group. He will keep you flying while your colleagues and peers are crawling. He will keep you in topmost form
in your physical structure. He is to energize you physically. The Bible says, They shall run like mighty men; they shall
climb the wall like men of war; and they shall march every one on his ways, and they shall not break their ranks (Joel
2:7).
The army of God is anointed for supernatural strength by the enabling of the Holy Spirit. Sickness and disease
is not your portion. Whatever remains to be burnt off shall be burnt off. The Holy Spirit will set them on fire that cannot
be quenched. Every sickness is an evil spirit, it cannot live in the same place with the Holy Spirit because you cannot be
carrying the Holy Spirit and be carrying evil forces. Therefore, whatever represents the operation of evil spirits in your
life shall be burnt off in Jesus name. Amen!
